The entrance to the residential building is located beneath a pergola, slightly offset from the position of the complex. The two L-shaped structures are oriented to provide the apartments with a privileged view of the surrounding landscape, while the access area serves as a shared space, designed as a courtyard and play area. Each of the 16 apartments features a unique floor plan, yet the defining and common element is the living area, conceived as a small central core that recalls the traditional residential typology, known as Überetsch style.
