The new Flarer sports bicycle shop in Sinich, Meran, is a compact building that integrates retail space, workshop, storage, and housing. Positioned between the state road and the Merano–Bolzano cycle path, the elongated volume in dark grey exposed concrete is designed to be visible and accessible from both sides. The fully glazed north façade serves as a large display front, while the concrete base protects the merchandise. The street-side entrance is defined by a refined interplay of concrete elements and a brick lattice that filters light and references the local building history. Inside, clear spatial organization and aligned sightlines allow the sales counter to overlook the shop, workshop, and storage area, all within a high and bright interior.
